Hi there! I’m Heather, a certified exercise nutrition coach and group fitness instructor. After spending 10+ years in public accounting, my path has led me to my true passion in health and wellness. I believe the best “diet” is one you can practice consistently, over time; NOT a set of rules and restrictions you’ve placed upon yourself.
"I was diagnosed with IBS a few years ago and was recommended that I try the elimination diet to find my triggers. After putting it off because it was intimidating and seemed complicated, I decided the best way to tackle it would be with someone who had the knowledge to help guide me through it. Heather walked me through the process, laying out the "game plan" and what each stage of the elimination diet would look like. I was afraid that the foods I would be eating would be bland but me (and my BF) were so pleasantly surprised with how delicious the food was! I kept a food diary which not only tracked the foods I was eating but how they made me feel. "I have been working with Heather for about 2-months now and it's been a great experience.
